Lina Ayon is a Southern California native, a Valley Girl to be exact. Her and her spouse have been married for 20 years and have three amazing children. Lina has worked in the Human Resources industry and after 20 years of providing leadership and guidance to employees to navigate the hectic and overwhelming HR processes, Lina has decided to obtain her real estate licenses in July of 2022. When Lina is not working on real estate you can find her exploring Southern California beaches with her husband. She also loves baking, sewing and being with family.

The years spend in the Human Resource industry helped her to gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service and support to her clients in real estate. Lina prides herself in having a strong work ethic, is transparent, is empathetic to others and comes with a positive attitude. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and confident with the process of buying or selling a home by providing clear communication and updates along the way.
